The food habits and so the dietary patterns of humans have been constantly evolving since the very beginning of the mankind which can be due to lots of reasons be it health, cultural, religious or environmental. A wide variety of options are available nowadays, when it comes to selecting a diet for self.
The diet which we are going to talk about today is the Paleo diet which I believe has been one of the most talked-about diets in recent times.
WHAT IS A PALEO DIET?
Paleo diet is a dietary pattern which very much resembles to what our ancestors ate thousands of years ago, specifically during the Paleolithic era in different parts of the world.
Researchers believe that going back to what the hunter-gatherers ate might help reduce various health problems caused due to consumption of processed foods of our generation.
