What I usually have in my breakfast
Speaking the word breakfast itself brings water in my mouth. Yes, I'm a breakfast person.
I mean it's fine with me if I don't have lunch a particular day but breakfast is something which I can't do without.
You must have read many articles on the internet which say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Now, reasons for this are many. Do watch this youtube video by clicking on the link below⬇️
Now let us come to what this blog post is mainly about, WHAT I USUALLY HAVE IN MY BREAKFAST.
▪︎All images in this blog post have been taken from the internet. I have no right over any image.
Fresh fruits are something which I have to have in my breakfast. On the days when I don't want to have fruits(which is very rare) I like to have fruit juice.
As for the MAIN breakfast, I usually have,
▪︎Vegetable Upma
My mother cooks the tastiest upma in the world. I can bet on that. Upma is very light on the stomach and that is why I love it so much. Also the upma I eat is loaded with lots of carrots, peas, onions, potatoes and peanuts too, which makes it even more delicious and wholesome at the same time. Sometimes she also adds few cashews to it.
▪︎Bread omlette
A soft and fluffy bread omelette is a simple and easy breakfast option. It pairs the best with hot ketchup and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
▪︎Poha
I add lots of veggies into the poha and have this along with some fruits or may be tea sometimes.
▪︎Potato Dosa
Generally I don't have masala dosa in my breakfast. I like to have a simple potato filled dosa or a potato filled butter dosa along with some saambar.
▪︎Cheese and potato sandwich
This one too is really one of my favourites for breakfast because it's delicious as well as healthy. Loaded with lots of veggies and my favourite sweet corn, this is a must have breakfast option.
▪︎Sprouts Sandwich
I have sprouts almost every alternate day, be it a sprouts chaat or simply soaked sprouts, I just love them. A sprouts sandwich is a great option for breakfast and you must try this once.
▪︎Chilla
I have this simple Besan dosa along with some home made green chutney and tomato ketchup. It is definitely a must try option for everyone.
▪︎Uttapam
I'm writing this post at night and I'm still thinking of what would I eat in my breakfast tomorrow morning.
